Terms of Sale and Website Use

Effective date: October 10, 2026

Policies: Terms of Sale · Returns and Final Sales · Privacy Policy

EV Diagnostic Equipment is operated by DDE Group Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These terms apply to purchases from evdiagnosticequipment.com and use of this website. Please review the product description, these terms, and our Returns and Final Sales Policy before ordering.

1. All sales final

All sales are final. We do not offer voluntary returns, exchanges, or change-of-mind refunds on tablets, software, licenses, diagnostic equipment, accessories, or cables. Cables damaged on arrival are the exception described in our Returns and Final Sales Policy.

This policy does not limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable rights concerning defective goods, incorrect items, non-delivery, or goods that do not match their description. Any applicable manufacturer warranty remains separate from our voluntary return policy.

2. Compatibility, licensing, and safe use

Before purchasing, check the product’s stated vehicle coverage, software requirements, included accessories, and intended use. Contact us if you need help confirming compatibility. Our final-sale policy does not excuse an inaccurate product description or any other obligation imposed by law.

Diagnostic tablets and software may be subject to manufacturer activation, registration, account, and license restrictions. A license may be tied to a device or customer and may not be transferable or reversible after activation. The applicable product description and licensor’s terms control; purchasing hardware does not transfer ownership of third-party software.

Follow the manufacturer’s operating instructions and applicable safety requirements. High-voltage vehicle work requires appropriate training, equipment, and precautions. Do not bypass safety systems, license controls, or access restrictions, or use the products for unauthorized or unlawful purposes.

3. Orders, payment, and verification

Provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Review the items, quantities, price, and charges shown before submitting your order.

We may request information reasonably needed to verify an order, prevent fraud, or resolve a payment issue. We may decline or cancel an order when we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorized payment, cannot verify material order information, or cannot fulfill the order. If we cancel a paid order, we will return the payment for the canceled portion as required by law. We will not substitute a materially different product or charge a higher price without your agreement.

If you notice an ordering error, contact us immediately. Changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. This does not limit any cancellation right provided by law, including applicable rights arising from a shipping delay.

4. Delivery and order problems

Online orders are available in the United States only. Canadian customers should contact us to discuss availability and shipping before ordering. Digital delivery, where applicable, is by email using the address provided with the order. Review that address carefully.

Delivery estimates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. If we cannot ship within the stated time, we will provide any delay notice, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law. Contact us promptly about missing, damaged, or incorrect deliveries so we can investigate. A carrier delivery scan alone does not eliminate rights you may have under applicable law.

5. Product issues, warranties, and misuse

Contact us about a product issue with your order number and a description of the problem. We may request reasonable supporting information, such as photographs or a serial number, and provide troubleshooting or claim instructions. Where a manufacturer warranty applies, its actual coverage and process govern that warranty; these terms do not create a separate warranty period or replace your statutory rights.

We may decline a voluntary claim for damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized use, or alteration, to the extent permitted by law. Opening a product, using an independent repair provider, or a broken seal does not by itself eliminate a warranty or statutory right. Any claim decision must reflect the applicable warranty, the cause of the problem, and the law.

6. Payment disputes and website misuse

If a charge or order appears incorrect, contact us so we can help resolve it. Nothing in these terms requires you to give up a lawful payment dispute or contact us before exercising a right that does not require prior merchant contact. We may provide accurate order, payment, delivery, and support records to the payment provider when responding to a dispute. Do not submit knowingly false information or fraudulent claims.

Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or use someone else’s identity or payment information. We may restrict website access reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats, or unlawful conduct, without withholding remedies required by law.

7. Legal rights and changes

Nothing in these terms excludes a mandatory warranty, remedy, liability, or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Changes to these terms apply prospectively; they do not remove rights attached to an earlier purchase.
