Policies: Terms of Sale · Returns and Final Sales · Privacy Policy
DDE Group Inc., operating as EV Diagnostic Equipment (“we,” “us,” or “our”), is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit evdiagnosticequipment.com, place an order, or contact us.
We receive information from you, your use of the website, and providers involved in processing your payment or delivering your order. You can check out as a guest. Guest checkout still creates an order record. Please do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, security codes, or other unnecessary sensitive information through our contact form or email.
We use information to process payments and orders; deliver products and digital items; answer questions and provide support; investigate damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect orders; detect fraud and protect the website; maintain business and transaction records; and comply with legal obligations. With your statistics consent, we use analytics to understand website performance and shopping activity and improve the store.
Information is available to authorized people working for our business and to providers involved in operating the store, including:
We may also disclose relevant information when required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents, legal claims, or payment disputes, as permitted by law. A provider’s own processing may also be governed by its privacy policy. See Automattic’s privacy policy, Stripe’s privacy policy, and how Google uses information from sites using its services.
Cookies and similar technologies support essential functions such as the shopping cart, checkout, security, and remembering consent choices. We use Complianz to manage cookie choices and Google Analytics 4, connected through Site Kit, for statistics. Statistics tracking is blocked until you consent. You may decline statistics cookies and still use the store, or change or withdraw your choice through the website’s cookie-consent controls.
When you permit analytics, Google may process information about your activity on our site under its applicable terms and privacy policies. Other third-party services may process information when you use their payment or website features. These providers may combine information from this site with information from other websites or services, subject to their policies and applicable settings. Your browser can also block or delete cookies, although blocking essential cookies may affect the cart or checkout. Withdrawing consent stops future optional tracking; it does not by itself delete information already collected.
Our cookie-consent tool does not currently change your cookie choices automatically in response to browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. You can use the website’s cookie-consent controls to decline optional statistics tracking or contact us about a privacy request. This disclosure does not limit any opt-out right provided by applicable law.
Order, transaction, and support records are retained for order fulfillment, support, fraud prevention, accounting, legal recordkeeping, and resolving claims. The appropriate retention period depends on the record, its purpose, applicable legal requirements, and whether a dispute remains open. Store order records are not automatically deleted on a fixed schedule. You can contact us to request review or deletion of your information; some information may need to be retained where permitted or required by law.
No website, electronic storage system, or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Please use the checkout payment fields for payment details and avoid including unnecessary sensitive information in ordinary messages.
Contact info@evdiagnosticequipment.com to ask about our handling of your information or to request access, correction, or deletion. Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may also have rights to obtain a copy, withdraw consent, object to or limit certain uses, or complain to a privacy regulator. We will handle requests as required by applicable law. We may need reasonable information to verify your identity before disclosing or changing personal information.
Withdrawing consent may affect a service when the information is necessary to provide it. Declining optional statistics cookies does not prevent a purchase. We do not require you to create a store account to submit a privacy request.
We operate in the United States. Online orders are available in the United States only. Canadian customers should contact us to discuss availability and shipping before ordering. Your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our providers operate. Privacy laws may differ from those where you live, and information may be subject to lawful access by authorities in the country where it is processed.
We will post updates on this page and change the effective date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by law.
